Senior Mobile Developer (React)

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to achieve the following objectives :

• Architect and Launch the New Mobile Platform : Within the first 12 months lead the end-to-end development of the companys new flagship mobile application using React Native. This includes architecting a scalable front-end integrating APIs and successfully managing the deployment process across iOS Android and Huawei app stores.
• Modernize a Core Legacy System : By the end of month nine identify a key component within an existing application for a complete overhaul. You will re-engineer and refactor the codebase to measurably improve performance reduce technical debt and enhance scalability for future feature development.
• Champion Mobile Engineering Best Practices : Within the first six months establish and document a set of best practices for React Native development testing and deployment. You will mentor two junior developers through code reviews and pair programming measurably improving the teams overall code quality and development velocity.
• Enhance Application Stability and Performance : Conduct a comprehensive performance and security audit of the primary mobile application. Within your first year implement key optimizations that result in a significant reduction in crash rates and a tangible improvement in the applications responsiveness and overall user experience.
