Be primarily accountable for evaluating new acquisition and development opportunities conducting due diligence investigations on all new opportunities compiling sales packs liaise with agents and maintaining weekly progress reports on new acquisitions developments and sales.

New Acquisition Opportunities

• Conduct market research to determine rental rates and capitalisation rates for specific areas.
• Evaluate all new opportunities including but not limited to financial feasibility.
• Present all new opportunities at weekly deal committee meetings.
• Communicate deal committee findings to all relevant agents.
• Ensure that all offers are submitted timeously after deal committee meetings.
• Collect all due diligence information of the accepted offers.
• Conduct due diligence investigations timeously.
• Prepare due diligence report summarizing all findings.
• Communicate due diligence outcome to agent / seller.
• Ensure all relevant information to assist with finance applications is sent to the Financial Director when required.
• Communicate outcome of finance application to agent / seller.
