Your duties will include, but are not limited to :
Review and approve journals before posting in the financial system to ensure accuracy and compliance
Oversee account reconciliations and prepare trial balance reports to support balance sheet reviews with finance leadership
Ensure completion and review of financial controls
Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including reviewing monthly results with the finance team
Oversee standard month-end reporting, including client and profitability reports
Review and approve accruals, ensuring alignment with the finance team
Collaborate with finance leadership to review and validate revenue calculations
Monitor intercompany accounts, ensuring all balances are accurate and reconciled
Support the preparation of statutory accounts
Upload budgets and forecasts into finance systems
Work closely with colleagues across the finance centre to maintain operational efficiency and support overall success
Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen processes and controls
Provide timely, high-quality information to support internal and external audits
Skills & Experience :
Minimum 5 plus years experience in IFRS controls
The client would like the person to have shared service experience as this will be an asset to the company
Qualification : Degree
