The Role :

We're looking for a talented Middleweight / Senior UI / UX Designer who lives and breathes Figma . You'll take the lead in designing clean, user-centric interfaces for both software applications and marketing websites . You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and product owner,s to turn user needs into visually stunning and functionally sound digital experiences.

Responsibilities :

• Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces for web-based software and mobile applications using Figma .
• Create responsive website designs with a strong emphasis on UX best practices.
• Develop and maintain design systems , component libraries, and style guides.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Conduct user research, testing , and analysis to inform design decisions.
• Translate complex user journeys into clear wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Present designs and user flows to internal stakeholders and clients with clarity and rationale.
• Stay current with design trends, UI / UX tools, and techniques.
