EMPLOYEMENT TERMS : Full Time Employment
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS :
- Monday to Friday 08 : 00 - 17 : 00
- Saturday - based on operations / appointment only
- CLOSED Sundays & major public holidays
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS :
R12,000 - R16,000 per month (based on relevant experience)MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
Certificate in Administration / Secretary / Business AdministrationExperience working in Medical ReceptionPersonal Assistant Experience - BONUSMust be based around Bloubergstrand for ease of travel & flexibility - with your own, reliable transportStrong admin skills - meticulousComputer confident including Microsoft Office, WhatsApp & Social MediaProficient in medical booking software (Health Access)Highly presentable & professionally groomedPrior experience working in Plastic Surgery / Aesthetics or Dermatology - favourableThe ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment, our front desk is extremely busy (phone rings, patient checking in / out, taking payments etc.)SUMMARY OF DUTIES :
ADMINISTRATION / RECEPTIONFilingScheduling & updating online diaryPatient communication (WhatsApp / Reminders / Birthday wishes / Marketing)Preparing patient files for next dayWelcome patientsGeneral admin dutiesPrepare refreshments for reception / staffCollect patient where operationally requiredUpdate social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)2. PERSONAL ASSISTANCE
Prep Doctor room for day (open & close)Book flights & itinerary for Dr travelsCoordinate trainingLiaise with reps & services providersRun errands3. OTHER
Assist in other departments where operationally required
