• Client Communication Excellence (Non-Negotiable) Manage 40+ active clients simultaneously while delivering exceptional service. Build trust, maintain long-term relationships, and ensure clients feel heard, supported, and confident in our work. Thrive in client-facing situations and proactively resolve challenges before they escalade.
• Marketing Strategy & Lead Generation Expertise Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable ROI. Strong copywriting foundation and deep understanding of core marketing principles. Experience with Facebook group lead generation is a plus, but not required.
• Proven Leadership Successfully led teams of 10+ people, driving accountability, performance, and professional growth. Inspire, mentor, and hold team members accountable to high standards.
