Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations & Operations

• Manage all guest communication from inquiry to checkout.
• Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs with timely coordination.
• Respond promptly to guest messages and calls during working hours.
• Coordinate housekeeping schedules and ensure timely cleanings.
• Manage and report damages, coordinating repairs and replacements. - Handle guest issues quickly and professionally.
• Keep Airbnb listings up to date with accurate details and visuals. Housekeeping & Maintenance Coordination
• Supervise and schedule cleaning staff. - Ensure high standards of cleanliness and supply readiness.
• Coordinate turnaround times between guests for maximum occupancy. Social Media & Marketing
• Manage Revivo Escapes’ social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Create and post engaging content about our apartments and brand.
• Use AI tools for caption writing, scheduling, and idea generation.
• Design simple, elegant graphics for social media posts. Administrative & Miscellaneous
• Maintain records of bookings, issues, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare reports on occupancy, reviews, and performance.
• Suggest process improvements and contribute to guest satisfaction.
