Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations & Operations
- Manage all guest communication from inquiry to checkout.
- Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs with timely coordination.
- Respond promptly to guest messages and calls during working hours.
- Coordinate housekeeping schedules and ensure timely cleanings.
- Manage and report damages, coordinating repairs and replacements. - Handle guest issues quickly and professionally.
- Keep Airbnb listings up to date with accurate details and visuals. Housekeeping & Maintenance Coordination
- Supervise and schedule cleaning staff. - Ensure high standards of cleanliness and supply readiness.
- Coordinate turnaround times between guests for maximum occupancy. Social Media & Marketing
- Manage Revivo Escapes’ social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Create and post engaging content about our apartments and brand.
- Use AI tools for caption writing, scheduling, and idea generation.
- Design simple, elegant graphics for social media posts. Administrative & Miscellaneous
- Maintain records of bookings, issues, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare reports on occupancy, reviews, and performance.
- Suggest process improvements and contribute to guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Experience in hospitality, Airbnb, or property management.Strong communication and organizational skills.Basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) and AI tool familiarity. - Social media management experience.Reliable, guest-oriented, and solution-focused.Ability to remain reachable and responsive during work hours.Preferred Qualifications
Airbnb or short-term rental management experience.Familiarity with Airbnb host tools.Basic photography or video editing is a plus.Microsoft tools knowledge CompensationCompetitive salary based on experience.Potential bonuses based on occupancy and guest satisfaction.Benefits
