Job Description

Anticipated Contract End Date / Length : July 2026

Work Set Up : Hybrid

Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Salesforce UX / UI Designer to contribute to the creation and delivery of user-centered digital products. The role involves leading assigned features, supporting junior designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute design solutions that align with business goals and enhance user experience. This position is hands-on, encompassing research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and close collaboration with developers and product teams. It offers exposure to product strategy, design systems, and emerging technologies, forming a strong foundation for a progressive career in product design.

Design Execution

  • Produce high-quality UX and UI deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs.
  • Design across Salesforce interfaces, as well as headless responsive web and native mobile applications.
  • Apply and evolve established design systems to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
  • Iterate on designs based on user, stakeholder, and developer feedback.

User Research & Insights

  • Support user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Analyse findings to create personas, journey maps, and other user-centered artifacts.
  • Benchmark competitors and industry best practices to guide design decisions.

    • Interaction & Visual Design

  • Define information architecture, user flows, and interaction models for intuitive user experiences.
  • Develop low- to mid-fidelity wireframes and translate them into high-quality UI designs.
  • Build interactive prototypes to validate concepts and gather feedback.
  • Lead key feature designs and mentor a team of designers under the guidance of senior design management.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and designers to deliver features that meet business and user goals.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and provide design input during planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and contribute to documentation and internal showcases.
  • Assist with usability and A / B testing to validate and refine design solutions.
  • Integrate data-driven insights and user feedback into continuous design improvements.
  • Stay updated on UX / UI trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance design practice.

    • Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in UX, UI, or product design, ideally within consultancy or digital product environments.
  • Salesforce certifications are an advantage.
  • Tertiary qualification in Design, HCI, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and the MS Office suite.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
  • Excellent visual and interaction design skills with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Portfolio showcasing design work, problem-solving, and UX / UI execution.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset with adaptability in dynamic environments.
