Minimum Requirements

  • Matric with Mathematics essential (Matric Certificate must be submitted with the application)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or completed business administration / office management courses are advantageous
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role supporting senior management or C-level executives
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Own transport and a valid driver’s license
  • Strong numerical and data-handling ability
  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Experience within the Information Technology sector would be beneficial, but is not essential

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the Executives
  • Draft, proofread, and send professional correspondence on behalf of the Executives
  • Prepare documentation and logistics for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring messages are prioritized and addressed efficiently
  • Review and prioritize emails, responding where appropriate on behalf of the Executives
  • Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodation, and related logistics
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for the Executives
  • Provide administrative assistance in support of company projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of Executive directives
  • Support PMO (Project Management Office) activities, including project planning, prioritization, and progress tracking
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
