Job Description

Analyze business requirements and problems, understand root causes, identify solutions and implement effective strategies to improve organizational processes, systems, and technologies. Collaborate with various stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and management to understand their needs and translate them into viable solutions. Apply a combination of business acumen, critical thinking, analytical skills, and technical proficiency to drive successful outcomes and support business growth. You will be required to complete a questionnaire which will be submitted to shortlisted candidates only.

Key Skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and systems

Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

Business analysis and project management methodologies, tools, and techniques

Requirements gathering, process modeling, and solution design

Adapting to changing priorities, working independently, and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Familiarity with data analysis and process mapping and communication tools such as : MS SQL, MS Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint & Word (Intermediate)

UML diagramming tools (e.g., draw.io, Visio, LucidChart)

Familiarity with Agile and DevOps principles and practices

Understanding of the drivers of business performance : 2 years – Income Statement, Cost optimization, Unit management and profitability

Desired Experience & Qualification

Degree : Industrial Engineering (preferred), Engineering, Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Business Solutions Analyst – 1 year

Business Process Engineer or similar role – >

10 years of experience

Preferred sectors worked in previously : Financial Services or Fintech – 5 years

Software development / Project Management – 2 years
