Job description
In this role you will be responsible for :
Contribute to establishing, leading, and maintaining well – functioning HR department that renders quality services which includes but is not limited to HR administration, Employee Relations, and Employee Benefits
Handle employee relations matter and represent the company at CCMA
Ensure implementation and compliance of management decisions, legal requirements, and company standards / policies with specific reference to the primary function of a Senior Business Partner (HR)
Ensure Adherence to and effective implementation of HR strategies and company policies and procedures
About you :
NQF7 qualification in Human Resource Management, Law or Industrial Psychology
Minimum of (5) years’ experience in Human Resources Management of which 3 years must be in a supervisory capacity in a mining or plant environment
Well-knowledgeable on HR related legislation
Computer Literacy (MS Office) and report writing
Experience in MS Office, SAP time and SAP Human Resources
Extensive payroll and employee benefits experience
Extensive experience in dealing and working in a multi – union environment
