Internal Sales Executive

Job descriptionSell and promote products from leading brands, including Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Omron, ABB, and more Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms Process sales orders accurately and efficiently in the system Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, logistics, and accounts, to ensure customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in a related field (advantageous)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal sales or a related role within the engineering industry, preferably electrical or instrumentation
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking abilities
