We are currently undergoing an exciting evolution, launching one of the dental industry’s first truly AI‑driven SEO and omnipresence cross‑channel content offerings. This innovation requires A‑players—strategic leaders ready to raise the bar, guide the evolution of our products, and instill a new level of excellence across the agency. We are not looking for a run‑of‑the‑mill SEO person; we are looking for a strategic leader who can both teach and execute.

The Opportunity : Strategy, Brand Alignment, and Global Team Mentorship

This is a senior, high‑impact role for an experienced strategist who will lead the internal Growth Team (the fulfillment arm of the agency).

While strong Technical SEO expertise is foundational, your primary focus will be on the overall Content and Brand Strategy, Quality, and Vision Alignment across all channels. You will act as the crucial bridge between high‑level client strategy and global delivery, ensuring all content is high‑quality, data‑driven, and aligned with client growth objectives. This role requires a rare blend of cross‑channel content mastery, brand storytelling, and a deep, practical understanding of performance analytics.

The ideal candidate is a proven A‑player ready to architect systems and lead a global team to deliver world‑class marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy, Brand, and Content Vision

  • Architect and own the SEO and cross‑channel content roadmap, focusing on AI‑driven strategies and omnipresence content that is extremely rare in the dental sector.
  • Lead the vision for content quality, ensuring all output reflects high‑level brand alignment and storytelling across the customer journey.
  • Design and implement scalable frameworks and automation workflows that connect content strategy directly to measurable business outcomes (e.g., MQLs and revenue).
  • Emphasize Social Media : Ensure social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) is integrated as an essential component of digital marketing and SEO strategy, driving link‑building, topical authority, and omnipresence.

Team Leadership, Mentorship, and Execution

  • Oversee and mentor the internal Growth Team (SEO, content, and creative specialists), ensuring flawless execution and a continuously high bar for quality and performance.
  • Act as the A‑Player expert who sets the content and technical standard and educates the broader team on cutting‑edge SEO, content architecture, and performance marketing best practices.
  • Translate high‑level client strategies from Account Management (client advocacy) into clear, specific, and prioritized execution plans for the fulfillment team (delivery).
  • Performance & Innovation

  • Act as a testing engineer, continuously monitoring, testing, and optimizing all fulfillment output, quickly identifying what’s working and what’s not.
  • Define, manage, and report on core performance KPIs and dashboards for SEO, content, and cross‑channel strategy, ensuring every effort is tied to a tangible ROI.
  • Leverage AI and advanced analytics tools (including GA4 proficiency) to enhance content research, quality, reporting accuracy, and campaign efficiency.
  • Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years in senior‑level digital marketing roles with a proven focus on Content Strategy and Brand Leadership alongside foundational SEO strategy.
  • 3+ years experience successfully managing or leading cross‑functional or distributed marketing teams (fulfillment arm experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business growth (rankings, traffic quality, and conversions) across organic and paid channels.
  • Expert‑level knowledge of technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content architecture.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools for optimization, research, and automation to drive efficiency and output quality.
  • Strong understanding of the US market; experience in the dental or healthcare sector is a significant plus.
  • Data‑driven mindset with exceptional communication, project management, and executive presentation skills.
