Job descriptionSet up, operate and monitor the relevant machine according to applicable specification Minimise downtime, spillage, and fruit damage Ensure correct labelling of cartons and bins, and that packed cartons meet required count, weight, and pattern standards Monitor machine performance and promptly report any issues to supervisor / manager Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, hygienic and safe work environment at all times Perform reasonable tasks as requested by management Minimum Grade 10 Minimum 1 year of packhouse experience Needs to live in or nearby Simondium Computer experience will strengthen the application Skilled in operating packing machinery Strong problem-solving abilities Effective communication skills in Afrikaans and English Ability to work under pressure Hardworking, goal-oriented, and eager to learn Attention to detail
