Requirements & Experience :

• Senior level candidates
• Demonstrated leadership and professional maturity
• Education : Minimum degree / honors in Business, Sales, or a related field / preferred MBA
• 57 years of proven business development, B2B sales, and relationship management experience
• A strong track record in L&D sector sales , preferably within banking or financial services
• Firsthand experience owning sales targets (not just lead generation)
• Confidence in selling to C-suite decision-makers
• A deep understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and client acquisition strategies
