Financial Manager

You will oversee the finance department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective risk management, and compliance with governance frameworks. Responsibilities include preparing budgets and forecasts, managing working capital, maintaining fixed asset registers, and ensuring adherence to statutory requirements. You will lead and mentor the finance team, liaise with auditors, manage tax and insurance matters, and contribute to strategic decision-making through financial analysis and business planning.

Skills & Experience :

Minimum 57 years post-articles experience in a manufacturing or commercial environment

Proven experience managing a finance team

Strong knowledge of IFRS, corporate governance, tax, and risk management principles

Proficiency in MS Business Central or similar ERP systems

Qualification :

CA(SA) or equivalent qualification (essential).
