Job Description :

As Head of Finance, you’ll take full ownership of the company’s financial operations. You’ll lead a team, oversee financial planning and compliance, and ensure financial stability across all business units. Your work will directly influence decision-making and long-term strategy.

Your daily adventures include :

• Leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
• Overseeing day-to-day financial operations across all entities.
• Managing cash flow, payments, and debt collection to ensure stability.
• Acting as the primary contact with banking partners, auditors, and tax authorities.
• Driving accurate and timely month-end close, reconciliations, and management reporting.
• Overseeing payroll, VAT, statutory returns, and compliance filings.
• Providing financial modelling and insights to support executive decisions.
• Partnering with business units to analyse performance and resolve operational issues.
• Supporting long-term growth through forecasting, scenario planning, and risk management.
• Ensuring customer experience excellence in billing and finance-related interactions.
