Service Advisor - Bloemfontein Free State

Duties & Responsibilities

Our client a reputable automotive dealership in Bloemfontein is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their team.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers managing vehicle service appointments providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. They will liaise with workshop technicians monitor service progress and maintain detailed records of all service activities. Additionally the candidate will identify opportunities to upsell relevant products and services while resolving customer queries and complaints professionally.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
Excellent communication customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
Valid driver's license
