About the Role :
As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for managing studio operations across various shifts, ensuring compliance with South African Gaming Regulations, company policies, and industry standards. You will work closely with the Operations Manager / GM to maintain a high level of professionalism, resolve technical issues efficiently, and enhance operational performance.Key Responsibilities :
Ensure full compliance with South African Gaming Regulations and company policies.Ensure that high standards are maintained at all times.Supervise Studio Presenters, Shufflers, to maintain smooth gameplay and service excellence.Identify and resolve technical issues within the studio promptly.Lead communication efforts, address complaints, and handle conflict resolution professionally.Maintain a positive and professional work atmosphere, representing management with confidentiality and diplomacy.Provide reports on operational performance, internal mistakes, and key incidents.Assist in executing new directives and ensure compliance with evolving policies.Perform additional duties as required to support studio operations.Qualifications
What We’re Looking For :
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the gaming, entertainment, or hospitality industry.Expertise in labour regulations.Strong knowledge of online Studio operations, game rules, and strategies.Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and mentor teams.Understanding of technical systems related to live studio environments.Sales / Retail / Business Development jobs
