Senior Process Engineer

Are you a seasoned Senior Process Engineer with 7-10 years of experience? We're hiring! Join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving enterprise business processes to new heights.

Experience : Minimum 7-10 Years

Specialization : Product Migrations Projects

Preferred Knowledge : BPMN Process Knowledge and Experience

Key Responsibilities :

Assess, analyze, and optimize enterprise business processes
Document processes and ensure seamless implementation
Interact with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating design workshops and conducting end-user training
Lead presentations to senior management and executives
Collaborate with stakeholders to build a holistic view of the organization's strategy, processes, information, and IT assets

Qualifications and Skills :

Proficient in Enterprise Business Process Management

Experienced in facilitating workshops with business users, up to executive level

Skilled in scoping, sizing, and planning all business aspects of a solution

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SAFe framework, and tools like Jira and Confluence

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Process Engineering

Knowledge of BPMN and experience with process mapping tools like Aris

Exposure to business process transformation and integrating technologies

Preferred Experience :

Transactional banking products
