Qualifications :
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Bachelors Degree or National Diploma in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field
Experience :
At least 5 years of experience in social media and / or digital marketing management, including paid mediaProven experience with platforms such as Facebook Business / Ad Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube StudioStrong background in social media listening, analytics, and performance reportingFamiliarity with online reputation platforms such as Google Reviews, HelloPeter, and othersPrevious work in agency environments or internal digital teams within consumer-facing brands preferredKey Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage and grow multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTubeDevelop and schedule content calendars across platformsOversee content development, creative direction, and copywritingSet up, optimise, and manage paid social media campaigns (especially Facebook and LinkedIn)Monitor and analyse campaign performance, producing regular reports and recommendationsTrack trends in social media and digital engagement, advising the broader team on opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to align marketing goals with digital strategiesManage leads and customer interactions via integrated CRM systemsOptimise Facebook Chatbots and lead nurturing workflowsCommunity Management
Actively engage with communities on social media platformsProvide timely and professional responses to customer queries, compliments, and complaints across social media, Google Reviews, HelloPeter, and other platformsMonitor community feedback, manage engagement metrics, and escalate issues when neededAssist in driving positive engagement during events and campaignsOnline Reputation Management
