Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a specialist in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Google Shopping Ads , with a proven track record of driving results for B2B companies. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter who can not only manage campaigns but also develop and maintain websites to support our marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • PPC & Paid Media Management : Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Search and Google Shopping to drive qualified B2B leads.
  • Website Development & Maintenance : Build and maintain websites using WordPress and BigCommerce, ensuring they are optimized for performance, user experience, and conversion.
  • Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize ad spend, and generate comprehensive reports for key stakeholders.
  • Marketing Strategy : Collaborate with the team to develop and execute a cohesive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Campaign Optimization : Continuously test and refine ad copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROI.
  • Web Asset Creation : Develop and design new web pages, landing pages, and other digital assets as needed to support ongoing campaigns.
  • Required Qualifications

  • Expertise in Paid Advertising : Must be a specialist in Google Search Ads, Google Shopping Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Web Development Proficiency : Must have hands-on experience and proficiency in developing and maintaining websites using WordPress and BigCommerce.
  • B2B Experience : Proven experience in digital marketing for B2B companies.
  • Technical Skills : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
