Half-Day Medical Receptionist (4-month contract), Bloemfontein

Our client, a medical practice in Bloemfontein requires the services of an experienced Medical Receptionist to assist their team on a 4-month fixed term contract. Candidates who meet the below minimum requirements are invited to submit their application via the link provided.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proven experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Afrikaans)
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Friendly, professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting patients in a professional and friendly manner
• Managing appointment bookings and patient records
• Manage incoming calls and correspondence
• Billing and Authorizations
• Supporting the medical team with administrative tasks
• Ensuring the reception area is neat, presentable, and well-maintained

Work Hours:

Mondays to Thursdays: 09h00 - 14h00

Remuneration:

R 8 500
