LOGISTICS ASSISTANTS

Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities :

Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Assist with inventory control stock management and warehouse documentation.

Prepare shipping documents (invoices packing lists customs paperwork).

Communicate with suppliers transport companies and internal departments to arrange deliveries and resolve issues.

Monitor and update logistics databases and systems with accurate shipping and receiving records.

Ensure compliance with import / export regulations and company policies.

Handle administrative duties related to logistics such as filling scheduling and record-keeping.

Support the logistics team in daily operations including order processing and transporting planning.
