Overview
Administration Assistant role supporting the Home Manager with reception, administrative and basic finance activities to ensure the Home runs smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries and will demonstrate a professional and welcoming manner to everyone who visits, lives or works in our homes. You will ensure visitors follow infection control rules in force at any given time and take the lead on coordinating testing requirements, organizing couriers and related administrative tasks.
