A high-end, prominent Retail Store Brand with Restaurants located in Johannesburg Northern Suburbs.Job DescriptionA retail store with Restaurant’s production Kitchen seeks a skilled Development Chef. This role will require the Chef to develop and institute menus for the brand essentially down the line, to start with a couple of the Restaurants under its management. Will be responsible to standardize menus, train the chefs and staff on how to follow the recipes created. A creative individual is required. Skilled in Restaurant Menus and Service.QualificationsFormal Culinary Qualifications ideal.SkillsCreative menu planning and recipe development. Strong communication and training skills.
