The Store Manager & Mechanic will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service for walk-in and online clients.

Additionally, the role involves managing store inventory and handling retail loss prevention.

The candidate will also conduct mechanical maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of bicycles and related equipment.QualificationsSkills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and CommunicationExperience in Store Management and Retail Loss PreventionMechanical skills with expertise in bicycle maintenance and repairExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to handle workload effectively and ensure smooth shop operationsPrevious experience in a similar role preferredTechnical certifications or training in bicycle mechanics are a plus
