Sales Development Representative

We’re a UK-based cleaning company specialising in Residential and End of Tenancy services , known for our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our remote team and help drive new business.

What You’ll Do :

Reach out to warm leads provided by the company and convert them into confirmed bookings.

Build rapport with potential clients and guide them through the booking process.

Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable cleaning solutions.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress using CRM tools.

Hit and exceed monthly sales targets to unlock uncapped commission.

What You’ll Bring :

Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or direct sales.

Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.

Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Resilience under pressure and a positive attitude when handling objections.

What You’ll Get :

At least 2 years of sales or telesales experience, with a proven track record.

Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.

Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Own laptop (minimum 16GB RAM, 13th Gen i5, Windows 11, 250GB SSD), plus stable internet and power backup.

Confident handling objections and pressure, with a positive attitude.

Experience in phone-based sales, consistently meeting targets.

Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Familiarity with CRM systems for managing leads and tracking performance.

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
