Requirements

• A Degree or relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in technical sales, IT support, or a customer-facing role within the tech industry
• Basic knowledge of software development concepts, such as APIs, databases, cloud platforms, or front-end / back-end technologies.
• Ability to understand and communicate software functionality to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is advantageous.
