REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or certificate in property management or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or customer service
- Knowledge of lease agreements and property management regulations
- Experience working on Apple Mac and Google products
- Understanding of Health & Safety building maintenance and legislation
- An analytical mindset is required to complete all required obligations within appropriate timeframes
- Multitasking skills are required to balance numerous different projects at the same time at different stages of completion
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Professional customer service skills
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Available to be on call once a month
- Own vehicle required
- Essential to live within the Northern Suburbs area
DUTIES
Reporting to the Property and Facilities LeadBuild and maintain positive relationships with tenantsInvoice and report on successful property visits while undertaking the required actions for visits requiring further work or customer interactionPrepare invoices for paymentManage tenant move-ins and move-outsRespond to tenant inquiries and complaintsCoordinate maintenance requests and dispatch the Property Maintenance or vendorsConduct property inspectionsAssist with property marketing and leasingObtain quotes for approvalExhibit excellent customer service skills with all internal and external stakeholdersSalary : Negotiable dependent on experience
