Job description :
To provide general administrative assistance to the Advisers. The position will focus on general administration of short-term insurance, life-insurance and investments.Responsibilities :
Liaising with Underwriting staff to complete underwriting tasks and queriesLiaising with claims clerks to lodge client claims and queriesLiaising with underwriting staff to complete new applications and quotationsPrepare new businessIssuing new policies, renewals, and endorsementsNegotiating renewal terms and preparing the renewal documentationRecordkeeping (electronic)Provide regular feedback to relevant parties (client / stakeholders)Obtaining the correct information from clients, recording details and information accurately on the relevant systemsProvide administrative supportAble to navigate and assist clients on CRM systemsMinimum requirements :
Matric CertificateNQF 4 Short Term Insurance Certificate OR NQF 5 Wealth Management Certificate OR Relevant Financial Degree (Preferred)RE 5 Certificate (Advantageous)1 – 2 financial services experience, specifically in short-term insurance or wealth managementSkillset Required :
