Senior Field Service Technician - Food, Pharm and Bev Industries

Duties & Responsibilities

Our client has been supplying and installing food beverage and pharmaceutical packaging machinery for decades within SA and Sub-Sahara region. Their Western Cape & KZN operations both requires Senior Aftersales Service Technicians with 10 years experience working as Senior Service Technician for companies who supplies installs maintain and service high speed packaging machines in the Pharmaceutical Food & Beverage markets. At this level as a senior it is expected that you are able to plan daily / weekly work deal with clients problem solve and continuously look for business opportunities on sites and be used to submitting all sorts of necessary reports back to Key Accounts team and Senior management in terms of whats going on various clients sites. This role offers both leadership opportunity and privilege to those mature individuals who have demonstrated ability to service the business and clients requirements working remote.
