Job description
Responsibilities
Assisting in preparing Sales Budgets – with Sales activity trends.
Collaborating with the team to ensure Sales Objectives are met; complete monthly sales analysis.
Gross profit analysis – sales vs cost of sales, management reporting, GP tends, improving gross profits.
Monitoring of overdue inventory and resolution of damaged inventory.
Customer relationship management – expanding current customer business environment.
Support, co-ordinate and completion of new projects and trial activities.
Handle process from Request for Quotation, Preparation of quote and order management.
Supervise and assist in SAP processing.
Rundown sheet management – Tracking with supplier and customer on hand information.
Ensure queries are resolved timeously – Quality, Damaged Stock, Overdue Debtors, Airfreight cost capturing as well as month end tasks.
First in First Out stock management and control.
