Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in preparing Sales Budgets – with Sales activity trends.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure Sales Objectives are met; complete monthly sales analysis.
  • Gross profit analysis – sales vs cost of sales, management reporting, GP tends, improving gross profits.
  • Monitoring of overdue inventory and resolution of damaged inventory.
  • Customer relationship management – expanding current customer business environment.
  • Support, co-ordinate and completion of new projects and trial activities.
  • Handle process from Request for Quotation, Preparation of quote and order management.
  • Supervise and assist in SAP processing.
  • Rundown sheet management – Tracking with supplier and customer on hand information.
  • Ensure queries are resolved timeously – Quality, Damaged Stock, Overdue Debtors, Airfreight cost capturing as well as month end tasks.
  • First in First Out stock management and control.
