About the Role

A fast-growing home services company is seeking a commission-driven phone-savvy Sales Development Rep . Youll manage both outbound and inbound communication with past customers to drive booked jobs memberships and repeat business.

This role focuses on warm outreach youll be connecting with homeowners who already know and trust the brand offering seasonal services promotions and membership upgrades. Youll also handle inbound calls coordinate with dispatch and support customer scheduling and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Make 50100 outbound calls / day to past customers offering tune-ups repairs and promotions.

Book 1020 appointments per week for technicians (HVAC plumbing or both).

Upsell memberships and seasonal services.

Handle inbound calls and book jobs efficiently.

Drive customer engagement by collecting Google reviews addressing service issues and following up post-appointment.

Log all activity and update customer records in the CRM (ServiceTitan preferred).

Collaborate with dispatch to keep schedules full and technicians busy.

Build strong customer relationships to encourage referrals repeat visits and long-term value.

Minimum Requirements

Excellent spoken English

3 years in outbound calling inside sales SDR or B2C sales.

Confident using CRMs (ServiceTitan experience a plus).

Skilled in objection handling and basic troubleshooting.

Tech-savvy and organized able to log notes and work efficiently.

HVAC or home services experience is a bonus not required.
