The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in managing a Medical Scheme
with strong capabilities in Financial Management, Operations, Risk and Governance
oversight.
The role requires fostering a healthy working relationship between the
Scheme, its Board of Trustees, members and third party service providers, always
ensuring that decisions made are in the best interests of Scheme members.
Reporting directly to the Board of Trustees, the PO will be ultimately responsible for
ensuring that all decisions and instructions of the Board of Trustees are carried out
timeously and in compliance with applicable legislation.

Minimum requirements :
A Degree in Finance (SA. CA) / Business Administration (Post Graduate) / Legal (Admitted Atoorney) or equivalent.
