The Role : Retail Compliance & Project Manager

This role is responsible for safeguarding compliance across the retail network while leading projects that drive operational efficiency and strategic growth. Acting as the link between head office, service station owners, and external stakeholders, you will manage contracts, ensure legal and industry standards are met, and streamline processes to strengthen the company's retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee compliance with all legal, regulatory, and industry requirements across the retail network

Manage, draft, and maintain retail contracts, ensuring obligations and deadlines are met

Lead and deliver key projects to improve operational efficiency and support strategic objectives

Implement and refine systems, tools, and processes for compliance and project execution

Serve as the main liaison between the head office, retail partners, and external stakeholders

Monitor legislation, industry trends, and compliance updates to safeguard operations

Provide structured compliance and project reporting to senior management

About You

5 to 8 years of experience in project management, compliance, or contract management (petroleum, retail, or related sectors advantageous)

Proven track record of managing compliance frameworks and leading projects successfully

Strong legal and contract management background

Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities

Skilled communicator with strong stakeholder engagement abilities

Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and attention to detail

Proactive, adaptable, and deadline-driven with a strong work ethic
