Inherent Requirements
- Matric
- Minimum 5 years' experience specifically as a Head-Hunter or as a Senior Consultant with a proven portfolio of relevant clients or placements
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including boolean search_
- Proven track record of personal revenue generated (for the last 2 years)
- Proven track record of current network (LinkedIn connections, etc)
- Systems orientated individual with a track record of using Human Resource (HR) related reporting tools for both clients and candidates
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal with persuasion abilities
- Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
- Performance and objective driven individual
Duties and Responsibilities
TelesalesAssist with quotations and TendersAttend briefing sessions with clients to qualify requirementsTalent mapping and planning of pipeline through market research, social media, and advertisementsWriting and posting adverts to draw critical information from a job spec and ensure you attract the right talentDetail project management / planning to ensure achievement of objectives and deadlineProactively research the market to identify and approach passive, suitable candidates as well as have proactive conversations with candidates regarding compensationConduct professional and detailed face-to-face interviews with long-listed individualsResponsible for professional communication with internal and external stakeholders i.e. clients and candidatesPresent shortlisted and processed candidates to the Project Manager / Senior Management for final approvalIn depth networking abilities and social involvementCoordination of interviews and preparing of candidates prior to interview with ClientsEnsure that deadlines are met for projects / specs allocated according to client requirementsBuild a suitable pipeline of candidates in line with your stream of expertiseDevelop recruitment strategies that target specific leadership positions within the organizationConduct proactive outreach to potential candidates and build relationships with them to maintain a strong talent pipelineConduct interviews with potential candidatesManage candidate experienceProvide leadership insights by conducting research to potential candidates and build relationships with them to maintain a strong talent pipelinConduct interviews with potential candidatesManage the candidate experienceProvide leadership insights by conducting research, analyzing data, and developing reports that provide insights into talent trends and the effectiveness of recruitment strategiesContribute to employer branding by developing and implementing the organization's employer branding strategy, ensuring that it accurately reflects the organization's values, culture, and missionCharacter traits
