Salary : R25,000 CTC Negotiable

Job Description :

The Customer Service Consultant - will report to the Manager and be responsible for various duties, including :

• Capturing sales orders
• Handling customer feedback
• Providing weekly updates
• Tracking shipments and Liaise with Freight forwarders
• Incoterms knowledge and Customs declarations

The ideal candidate should have a tertiary qualification with practical experience in customer-facing roles.

Experience in export processes and proficiency in SAD500, requesting shipping estimates, booking shipments with freight forwarders, and understanding Incoterms are required.
