The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to play a key role in shaping the professional growth of their teams. This is a pivotal role within a dynamic professional services environment, where you will design and implement innovative learning strategies that ensure employees are equipped with the right skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the learning and development strategy to align with business objectives and industry standards.
- Design, implement, and evaluate engaging training modules and programs tailored to various career stages within the organization.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify skills gaps and create targeted development initiatives to boost employee performance.
- Monitor and assess the impact of training programs, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with trends and best practices in L&D within the professional services environment (audit, tax, advisory).
- Manage and leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies to deliver effective solutions.
Minimum Requirements
South African citizenship.Proven experience in leading or managing learning and development functions.Prior managerial experience in L&D is preferred, but ambitious and high-potential L&D coordinators will also be considered.A relevant degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related fields.Professional qualifications such as CA(SA) or similar would be advantageous.Hands-on experience with SAICA Trainee Development is essential.Exposure to CIMA and ACCA training programs would be beneficial.Why Join Our Client
