About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing SaaS company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in B2B sales while working with cutting-edge software solutions. You'll be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and setting up meetings for our Account Executive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers using various tools and databases
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through email, phone, and social media
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects in our CRM system
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points
- Present our SaaS solution's value proposition effectively
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle
- Achieve monthly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimise lead qualification processes
- Provide feedback on lead quality and market insights
- Support Account Executives during handoff and early sales stages
Required Qualifications
1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or business developmentExcellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)Strong phone presence and professional demeanorProficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, or similar)Experience with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platformsPreferred Qualifications
