About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing SaaS company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in B2B sales while working with cutting-edge software solutions. You'll be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and setting up meetings for our Account Executive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers using various tools and databases
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through email, phone, and social media
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects in our CRM system
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points
  • Present our SaaS solution's value proposition effectively
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle
  • Achieve monthly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing team to optimise lead qualification processes
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and market insights
  • Support Account Executives during handoff and early sales stages

Required Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or business development
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong phone presence and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, or similar)
  • Experience with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in SaaS or B2B technology sales
  • Understanding of software solutions and business applications
  • Experience with lead generation tools and prospecting methodologies
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
