We are a fast‑growing, founder‑led e‑commerce brand seeking an entrepreneurial and highly analytical marketer to own our digital marketing funnel in full‑funnel growth & optimization.
About The Role
This high‑visibility, execution‑oriented role focuses on scaling customer acquisition by optimizing performance across key channels : Meta Ads, Landing Pages, and Retention (Klaviyo). You will be a strategic partner, leveraging data and AI tools to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates, average order value, and overall profitability.
What You'll Own
Performance Marketing & Creative Operations
- Own and execute the entire customer journey, from initial ad impression to post‑purchase retention.
- Write data‑informed creative briefs and manage external designers to produce high‑performing assets.
- Develop compelling video components and ad copy that drive clicks and conversions.
- Oversee Meta Ads campaign execution and optimization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Page Experience
Implement changes and build new landing page experiences using no‑code builders to maximize post‑click conversions.Operate with precision in A / B and multivariate testing for ads and landing pages.Apply foundational web platform knowledge or light coding to inform efficient page builder usage and technical requirements.Retention & Data Analytics
Own the post‑acquisition strategy using Klaviyo (or similar) to develop email / SMS campaigns and flows.Analyze key performance metrics (AOV, profit, conversion) and translate insights into actionable strategies.Manipulate marketing data in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) to drive decision making.Required Experience & Competencies
3+ years in performance or growth marketing within a D2C e‑commerce or Shopify environment.Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo for email / SMS strategy and execution.Strong competency in A / B testing frameworks and funnel analysis.Highly organized, resourceful, and execution‑oriented; owns outcomes.Ability to collaborate with US‑based founders; 1‑2 hours daily overlap with PST business hours.Culture Fit & Bonus Points
AI curious with a mindset for automation tools.Clear communicator who translates technical performance data into actionable creative direction.Bonus : Experience with Shopify, Figma, or similar e‑commerce / creative platforms.Logistics & Compensation
