We are seeking an experienced Executive Head: Property Investments to lead a multi-billion-rand portfolio and drive impact in the property investment sector. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Design and implement investment strategies to maximize returns. Portfolio Oversight: Manage a R45 billion direct and indirect property investment portfolio. Stakeholder Engagement: Work with executive leadership, investors, and key industry players. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of senior property professionals. Compliance & Governance: Ensure alignment with regulatory and governance frameworks. Who We’re Looking For: Minimum NQF Level 8 qualification in Finance, Property, or a related field. RE1, RE3, and RE5 certifications (or willingness to complete within 6 months). 5+ years of senior management experience in property asset management and investments.
