Job descriptionAssist with general office duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage correspondence. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. Maintain and update databases and records accurately. Assist with inventory management of office supplies and equipment. Provide support to various departments as needed and operations. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors. Grade 12 Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant tertiary education program (e.g., Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Proactive and eager to learn. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly. A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
