Financial Administrator

R25 000 p / m

About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Administrator to support their finance department. The role covers daily financial tasks, accurate record keeping, reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage banking : daily bank position, payments (local & foreign), receipts, and financing of assets.
  • Handle cashbook & petty cash : processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Process creditors invoices, debtors receipts, reconciliations, and transactions up to trial balance.
  • Assist with budgets, reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
  • Support government incentive applications, insurance claims, and general finance admin.

Requirements

  • Relevant finance / accounting qualification.
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting systems (Syspro preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
