About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Administrator to support their finance department. The role covers daily financial tasks, accurate record keeping, reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage banking : daily bank position, payments (local & foreign), receipts, and financing of assets.
- Handle cashbook & petty cash : processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Process creditors invoices, debtors receipts, reconciliations, and transactions up to trial balance.
- Assist with budgets, reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Support government incentive applications, insurance claims, and general finance admin.
Requirements
Relevant finance / accounting qualification.5+ years experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of accounting systems (Syspro preferred).Proficient in MS Office.Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
