Overview : Set Up / Manage including BD for a large EPC / SMPP company from South Africa moving into Namibia – Namibian Nationals only.

Duties & Responsibilities

Must be Namibian Citizen.
Graduate in Business Management, Engineering or Construction (EPC / SMPP).
Experience with a multi-national in a management role.
Preferably have experience in the Petro-Chemical area preferably in a management role.
Understand the EPC / SMPP industry and requirements.
Experience in client relationship management.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Set up and manage the office in Walvis Bay, Namibia.

Build a sustainable revenue stream for the Namibia Operations.

Ensure effective cost management.

Responsible for the Profit and Loss of the Namibia Operations.

Identify opportunities in Oil & Gas, Mining, Marine and Photovoltaic Renewables Sectors.

Ensure systems and processes are implemented and complied to.

Manage Assets and Infrastructure.

Ensure the Integrity Program is implemented across all operations in Namibia.

Liaise with all support functions at Head Office to ensure consistency of operations.

Ensure implementation of financial systems and protocols.

Ensure compliance to relevant in-country legislative requirements.

Must be able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
