Were seeking a proactive and service-driven Internal Sales Representative for our client  to :

Assist with daily sales operations : quotations, order processing, and follow-ups

Manage customer inquiries, maintain records in CRM / Excel / ERP

Collaborate closely with external sales team to drive customer satisfaction and sales targets

Meet or exceed monthly KPIs with strong communication and administrative efficiency

What You Bring :

2 - 3 years internal sales or customer-service experience (preferably in signage, printing, electrical, storage, or industrial sectors)

Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM / ERP systems

Excellent phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong sales orientation, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment

Grade 12 or equivalent;

Based on their client base, fluency in Afrikaans is important

Nice-To-Haves :

Experience in signage, electrical, storage, or industrial product sectors

Background in order-to-cash processes or technical sales support
