Estate Agents and Brokers

Northpoint Realty Group is looking for a Commercial Area Broker and a Residential Area Agent .

Northpoint Realty Group has two broker / agent models :

• 70% commission split for the regular agent / broker contract with achievable minimum revenue to be maintained.
• 80% commission split plus an additional profit share on minimum 5 qualifying agents / brokers, at the 70% level, for the Team Leader role.
