Data Management Lead

Are you passionate about shaping how organisations leverage data Were looking for a seasoned Data Management Lead to steer a growing data capability function and drive large-scale enterprise data transformation within complex SAP environments.

This role will champion end-to-end data migration governance and innovation initiatives particularly across SAP IS-U Real Estate and ECC-to-S / 4HANA modernisation programmeswhile developing internal expertise and preparing clients for the digital future.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Data Leadership :

Define and execute the data strategy ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise transformation goals.

Oversee full-cycle SAP data migration programmes strengthen data governance frameworks and introduce modern approaches that elevate data quality and reliability.

Grow and mentor a high-performing data team cultivating technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Guide clients through data readiness transformation decisions and best-practice adoption across SAP landscapes.

Lead cross-functional delivery teams ensuring the successful execution of multi-workstream data initiatives within scope budget and timeline.
