Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (any field)

Accredited TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification (120+ hours)

6 months teaching or tutoring experience

Reliable computer setup

Professional teaching environment

Computer : i5 processor or better @2.0 Ghz (4 performance cores / 8CPUs),8GB RAM minimum

Internet : Stable fiber connection (20+ mbps upload / download)

Connection : Direct LAN cable connection (not WiFi)

Backup Power : UPS with 4-5 hours battery life (2000VA)

Equipment : Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, backup headset recommended

Workspace : Quiet, well-lit teaching environment
