DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide sales service, product and support solutions to the industrial automation industry.
- To provide efficient service and support for all sales and product sales-related queries.
- Communicates providing the correct product and client support information, documentation, and inter-department collaboration where necessary.
- Provide admin & sales reports, and quotations, invoices.
- Assists in the general smooth-running and maintenance of the sales department (includes providing external sales rep support).
- Exhibits a positive and professional attitude towards constantly growing sales and building remarkable customer-service experiences.
- Attends to product information updates, research and passes product test and training requirements.
- Follows up daily on all client queries, reports on quotes and sales.
- To research and find new customers, industries, and ways to serve existing and new customers.
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, & SKILLS REQUIRED
Understanding and / or experience in Industrial Solutions, Industrial Computing, Serial Connectivity, IP Surveillance, Remote Automation and Wireless Ethernet and Communications.Smart grid applications, such as renewable energy, electrical and substations transition, and distribution.Some understanding of the engineering background.Some understanding of PoE-based solutions.Selling and implementing solutions.Background in IT sales advantageous.Able to research and provide online support and service.REQUIREMENTS
Min 3 years of proven sales experience in Industrial Automation or related industry (provide references and targets).Min qualification level : Diploma or N+ Course in Computer / IT / Networking Marketing or IT Engineering and Communications, Information Management, or similar.Sound working knowledge of MS Office, Word, and Excel
